Her passion has always been to help people. Melissa has over 20 years' experience in HR\, Talent Acquisition\, Marketing and Management with global organizations and small businesses. Melissa has been actively involved in SHRM for over 10 years\, recently serving as the Chapter President for Salt Lake SHRM. She is PHR/SHRM-CP Certified. She graduated from the University of Utah and serves on the Alumni Association Board of Governors. Melissa is a career transition coach in her spare time and is also on the South Valley Chamber's Women in Business committee. \n\nMelissa has a husband and 3 children and resides in Draper\, UT. She loves to travel for her kids sports and leisure\, entertain friends and family\, and be outdoors.
