DESCRIPTION:Sharpen the Axe Summer Series of FREE Workshops\n\nThis Summer\, let's be intentional about sharpening the axe MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY!\n\n\n\nHow many times have you set goals just to have them fall to the wayside? \n\nToo many people have become disenfranchised with the idea of goal setting because they've experienced failure after failure in the process.  There's a few pitfalls we fall prey to when it comes to goal setting that I want to help you avoid so that you truly can set goals and hit them.\n\n\n\nDon't give up!  Goals are the way we intentionally design our business and ultimately the life we want to live.  We will cover how to set SMART goals\, create a clear plan of attack and a safety net of accountability to keep you on track with your goal.  \n\n\n\nWorkshop Agenda:\n\n\n	\n	60 Minutes of Workshop: Every month will be a new topic with a practical tool that you can take an use in your business right away (we don't just talk about ideas\, there is always a practical tool!).  \n	\n	\n	30 Minutes of Workout: Yes\, you read that correctly  there's a group workout at the end!  This will be focused on weight training (no cardio\, whew!).  Before you say no  this will be guided by expert\, educated personal trainers - you don't have to know (or like) weight training!  It's also an opportunity to embrace discomfort and get incrementally stronger.
