Clarke is an accomplished businesswoman and philanthropist. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from University of Utah's Eccles School of Business and a Master's Degree from Columbia University in Non-Profit Management. Andrea's early career included working in computer electronics for some of the world's fastest growing organizations' Megahertz\, US Robotics and 3COM. Years later\, she was recruited as a sales representative for two of the most well-known pharmaceutical companies\, one of which recognized her as the top employee in the entire company.\n\n\n\nIn the early 2000's\, Andrea and James Clarke founded CLEARLINK\, as well as began growing their family of five. The Clarkes are now founders\, investors\, and operators of private and public companies on five continents with over 36\,000 employees globally.\n\n\n\nAndrea has dedicated her life to her family and makes time to support a number of causes in her community and abroad. She is a member of the board of Charity Vision and the Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine\, and she serves as a Governor appointed Trustee for Utah Valley University\, as well as Chair of the Stella H. Oaks Foundation.\n\n\n\nWith her exceptional background in nonprofits\, Andrea closely oversees the affairs of The Labor and Honor Foundation\, the Clarke's family charity\, which focuses on poverty alleviation\, education\, and the arts. The name of the foundation is derived from the Clarkes' English family crest dating back centuries\, which instills that whether a task be great or small\, ALL work should be done with honor. Nicole has supported expansion to locations around the world and impacted the lives of thousands of women and girls.\n\n\n\nNicole is passionate about her career in the nonprofit sector\, where she excels at problem-solving and building relationships. Nicole and her husband Jared have raised their four children in Alpine\, Utah\, and love being grandparents to their first grandson.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nElaine Dalton\n\nPresident\, Stella H. Dalton is best known for her service as the Young Women General President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2008 until 2013. She describes her experience of serving as a grand privilege and blessing in her life.\n\n\n\nElaine currently serves on Utah Valley University's Board of Trustees and is the former Chair of the Board of Trustees. She is also currently serving on the Utah Community Builders board.\n\nElaine is the author of three books for women and young women and a sought after public speaker to groups of young women and women about their identity and potential. She attended Brigham Young University where she earned a bachelor's degree in English.\n\n\n\nElaine was born and raised in Ogden\, Utah. She is married to Stephen E. Dalton\, and they are the parents of five sons and one daughter. After 50 years of marriage they find themselves surrounded by 21 blond haired grandchildren! She enjoys being outdoors\, hiking with her family and dancing with her granddaughters. She has run 17 marathons and qualified for and completed two Boston Marathons.\n\n\n\nElaine loves life and believes in people. She feels her greatest accomplishment is being a wife and mother. She has great confidence in the rising generation of noble youth. A native of Minneapolis\, Minnesota\, Rob joined Zions Bank in February of 1997 as a public relations representative. In his current position he is responsible for overseeing the marketing\, communications\, public relations\, community relations\, client relations\, and government relations activities for the Bank\, its 125 branches throughout Utah\, Idaho and Wyoming\, and its various subsidiaries.\n\n \n\nIn addition to his responsibilities at Zions Bank\, Rob is also active in community affairs. He currently serves as chair of the Hale Centre Theatre Board of Trustees and chair of the South Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He also serves as a member of the American Heart Association Board of Directors\, the Utah Sports Commission Executive Committee\, the Fredette Family Foundation Board of Directors\, the Days of '47 Rodeo Board of Directors\, the BYU Athletics Advisory Council\, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area Salt Lake Advisory Council.\n\n \n\nIn June of 2021\, Rob was honored as CXO of the Year by Utah Business magazine. In 2012\, he was honored with the 'Sales and Marketer of the Year' (SAMY) award from Utah Business magazine and ranked on its '40 Under 40' list in 2007. The SBA's Utah District recognized him as the Small Business Journalist of the Year in 2009.
