This is a hands-on marketing course. In 3 intense sessions, you will learn a proven, step-by-step, do-it-yourself marketing and advertising training system. It is geared for small business owners on a shoestring budget who wants measurable results.

Session 1 - March 13: Suspects - How to attract the right kind of customers
A “suspect” is anyone who could or should buy from you but does not know anything about you. They are in your trading area, but they do not know about the products or services you offer.  During this session you will learn how to get their attention and persuade them to “raise their hands” and become either a prospect or customer.

Session 2 - April 10: Prospects - How to turn prospects into customers easily
A “prospect” is someone who knows something about you but hasn’t purchased from you. At least, not yet.  In this session we will focus on your converting prospects into customers.

Session 3 - May 8: Customers - How to keep customers buying from you for life
This is the most important session of all because we talk about your valuable market: customers.  During this session, you will discover ways you can stay close to your customers. We will talk about relational versus transactional marketing; why customers really leave; how can you prevent them from going to the competition or worse, buying on-line instead of buying from you.
