Meet the Panelists
Eric Taylor
Retail Food Program Manager
Utah Department of Agriculture and Food
Eric has been working as a health inspector for that last 5 years. He started out working for Maricopa County Environmental Services. After working there for 2 years he decided to move back to Utah and he accepted a temporary position with Davis County Health Department where he inspected temporary events and mass gatherings. Shortly after moving back to Utah he accepted the position he is currently in at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.
Rebecca Nielsen
Cottage Food/ Labeling Specialist

Rebecca Nielsen has been a compliance officer at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food since March, 2006, and has been overseeing the Food Labeling program since approximately 2008. She is originally from California, where she attended UC San Diego for her Bachelor's degree and then received a Master's in Biology from Stanford University in 1997.
