Riverton City proudly sponsors Wreaths Across America to honor the 411 veterans laid to rest in the Riverton City Cemetery. Each year on Wreaths Across America Day—the second Saturday in December—a brief program is held, followed by the placement of community-sponsored wreaths on every veteran’s grave, joining thousands of ceremonies held simultaneously across the nation.

This heartfelt event unites our community in honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans while teaching younger generations the importance of remembrance. All are welcome to attend and participate. Our goal is simple yet powerful: a wreath on every hero’s grave.
