Description
The objective of the workshop is to create an awareness of the various business & tax options available through a Limited Liability Company structure, so that participants can make an informed choice on how to form and use a Limited Liability Company to their best advantage.
We will cover the need-to-know data about LLCs and Corporations:
- Formation of an LLC in Utah,
- Advantages of the LLC structure,
- Various tax reporting options for an LLC, including reporting as a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or S corporation.
- We'll also cover the advantages and disadvantages of each and when best to use each option.
