Marci serves her community as a member of the Sandy City Council.\n\n \n\nLeveraging over 25 years of experience in education and coaching\, Marci helps state education leaders identify professional learning solutions that align with the science of reading. Additionally\, Marci collaborates with advocacy groups and associations to raise awareness of the need to provide teachers with tools and training that align to research best practices. A regular presenter at state conferences\, Marci knows how to help professionals reflect on their practice and determine actionable next steps. \n\n \n\nIn addition to the professional consulting and coaching that she provides in the education space\, Marci works with a variety of businesses and organizations as a member of the Sandy City Council. In her role\, she has observed a significant gap between the principles of effective communication and practice.
