DESCRIPTION:Herriman for the Holiday! \n\n\n\nHerriman City's Economic Development Department invites brick-and-mortar commercial businesses to a holiday window decorating contest. This friendly competition encourages businesses all over Herriman to decorate their storefronts during the holiday shopping season. The annual Winter Window Walk brings in just under 1\,000 customer votes. Attract new customers to your business by creating a fun\, festive\, holiday cheer atmosphere.\n\nCustomers will be able to tour the storefronts from November 29th through December 31st to vote for the winner of the "Public's Choice" award. We encourage businesses to offer a "perk" for customers that mention the Winter Window Walk campaign. \n\nNew this year\, we have partnered with Mountain West Chamber and South Valley Chamber to help grow participation and awareness to the businesses. All participating businesses will be featured on the respective social media channels\, website\, newsletter\, and other miscellaneous communication platforms. Winners of the five categories will be spotlighted throughout 2025 in the above mentioned platforms. They will also receive a trophy\, monetary gifts\, and of course bragging rights. The categories are Public Choice\, Best Hallmark "Herriman Feel"\, Most Creative\, Best Use of Lights\, and Classical Christmas Story (i.e. How the Grinch Stole Christmas\, Elf\, Polar Express\, etc.)\n\nThe Winter Window Walk is a great opportunity to showcase businesses\, bring in holiday shoppers\, and contribute to the magic of Herriman for the Holidays.
