DESCRIPTION:The Westminster College Mastering Leadership Certificate Program\, unlike other schools' executive certificates\, is specifically customized to meet your business needs. Instead of offering a business seminar\, we guide you to master critical concepts and then mentor you through real-world projects relevant to your company and industry. Our program creates strategic leaders who have mastered higher level thinking and execution of strategies.\n\n\n\nThe Mastering Leadership Certificate Program is built around 10 two-day courses. Each session goes through a three-stage process: pre-work\, practice in real-world activities and then application in the workplace. A faculty mentor is assigned to work with each learner and is available to consult with them in real-time. The next course begins February 27\, 2013.
