DESCRIPTION:This workshop will provide training on basics for going retail and other marketing options\; international marketing\; and using trade shows to grow.\n\nLocal farmers\, restaurant owners\, caterers\, food entrepreneurs and any others that grow\, manufacture\, distribute or sell food are invited.  Those not currently in the business but are curious and/or want to start a food business are also invited.  The workshop is open to all from Salt Lake\, Summit\, Davis\, Morgan\, Tooele and Weber counties.
