These biases emerge most often with gender\, race/ethnicity\, physical abilities\, religion\, weight\, and sexual orientation\, in addition to many other characteristics. At a time when so much is changing around us in organizations and communities\, it is important for us to understand the impact of unconscious bias on employee engagement and productivity\, organizational behavior and decisions\, and team and department dynamics.
