Illuminate was created to be that vehicle. Illuminate is the creation of a few of Utah's brightest women leaders. Prior to that she served for 19 years with Innovations International moving from GM to COO. In this capacity\, Katie has years of experience with consulting\, training and executive coaching\, and has traveled the world working with Fortune 200 companies (Merck\, Dow Chemical\, American Express\, Anheuser Busch\, Kellogg\, EDS\, Eastman Kodak\, Northrup Grumann\, etc.).\n\n\n\nKatie enjoys her family\, her friendships\, playing the piano and reading.
