IBI Group has two offices in Utah and 84 offices worldwide with a total of 3\,000 employees.\n\n\n\nIBI Group has been working closely with Sandy City for the past several years to help develop the vision for the Sandy Civic Center.\n\n\n\nPeter has lived in Utah for the past 16 years with his wife and two daughters. He is a key member of the IBI Group urban design and resort/hospitality practice. \n\n\n\n\n\nNick Duerksen\n\nSandy City Economic Development\n\n\n\n-Born & raised in the Bay Area and Central Valley of California\n\n-Graduated from Utah State University\n\n-25 years in the community and economic development fields\n\n-Currently the Economic and Redevelopment Director for Sandy City\n\n-Been with Sandy City for 21 years\n\n-A member and have participated as a speaker and panelist in a variety of professional organizations including: ULI\, ASPA\, CDFA\, IEDC\, P3 and ICSC.
