As the Utah Micro Enterprise Loan Fund's CEO/Executive Director, Kathy has assisted small businesses in Utah through counseling, training and financing for twenty years. She loves helping to make a difference for Utah entrepreneurs and is an avid supporter of woman and minority owned businesses. She holds B.S. degrees in Management and Finance as well as an MBA from the University of Utah.
