We all have “blind spots”, negative traits that we just don’t see on our own. Anyone we manage could tell us if they dared, but they usually don’t. These “blind spots” keep us from being our best self as a manager and employee, even though we often don’t recognize why.
In this workshop, you will learn about some of the most common “blind spots” that people have in business. You will learn how these weaknesses often hide in the shadows of our greatest strengths. Hopefully, you will even learn which “blind spots” you have so you can begin to improve your performance in your work.
BIO
Kevin Taylor is the owner of Beyond Imagination Business Coaching and an EMyth Certified Business Coach. He provides coaching to business owners who are more skilled at what they do than at running a business, to help them learn how to get their business to give them what they want from it by applying key tools to either survive or grow their business and create the life they want for themselves. Whether they are worried about making payroll, getting control of their life back, dealing with challenging employees or customers, or trying to figure out how to grow and find the success that seems just out of their reach.
While running a family business in assisted living – think about a hotel, restaurant, and health care under the same roof — for over 15 years, Kevin faced and solved just about every problem that a business owner could face — from losing money to regulatory issues, from employee problems to inconsistent service delivery, from acquiring new locations to selling the business — while keeping control over operations of a $10 million and nearly 200 employee company.
Following the sale of that family business, Kevin transitioned his experience to help other business owners through the EMyth coaching process and his own experience.
