Through the Trees to Small Business Success
As a small business owner, everyday, you are asked to form conclusions from an avalanche of abstract and disparate information! But you must be able to "see the forest for the trees", or move beyond the many details of running your company to see the broader context of your business.
In this workshop, you will learn to assess the forces outside the walls of your organization and use that information to drive your competitive advantage and strategic success.
You will leave the workshop with:
- Your Industry Value Chain Map - for essential insight into opportunities and threats to your business.
- Two ways to map your forest - that will help guide your market research and tame critical information.
- A simple research tool to analyze your customer - to better position your product in the market.
