Presented by Tammy Bigelow: Tammy has been employed with Intermountain Healthcare for over 20 years in a variety settings. After receiving a bachelors of science degree from the University of Utah in Marketing and Business Administration, Tammy began an extensive study of age-diversity and how it impacts the working relations of managers, employees and customers. Tammy has been instructing and counseling on generational issues for over 14 years.
