Description

Bob and Nancy Nicoll founded the Life is For Giving Foundation out of a spirit of giving back. Both had been blessed with receiving assistance at various times in their lives, so in May 2005 they brought their dream into reality in Eagle River, Alaska. They received their 501(c)(3) determination letter two months later -- and began looking for projects.

In the beginning they had two main goals: 1) to provide a "Moment of Joy" for a terminaly ill adult as they battled their illness, and 2) to actively seek out and financially support local charitable organizations that "fly under the radar".

Fast forward to August 2014 and we are very excited about our largest undertaking: Rounds FORE Warriors - An Epic Golf Adventure. We look forward to raising funding for some very worthy causes.
