Workshop Agenda:
Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI (GenAI), is no longer optional - it is essential. Every role in every industry is being reshaped by AI capabilities. This highly engaging, hands-on workshop from RizeNext AI is designed to demystify AI, eliminate hesitation, and empower participants to begin actively using AI tailored to their work and personal productivity.
By the end of the session, each participant will walk away with a Custom GPT they've created themselves - designed to streamline, enhance, and simplify their daily tasks.

Part 1: Training & AI Foundations (30 minutes)
- Why AI is a Required Skill in Every Role
- Shifts in job functions across industries
- Real-world AI impact in small business, sales, marketing, operations
- Introduction to Generative AI & Custom GPTs
- What is GenAI and why Custom GPTs matter
- Use cases by function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Admin)
- Security & Data Privacy in GPTs
- How to turn off data training
- Best practices for protecting your work and customer data
Part 2: Hands-On Build Session (60 minutes)
- Step-by-step guided build of a Custom GPT
- Participants will define:
- The role their GPT will support
- Key tasks it should perform (e.g., respond to customer emails, generate marketing content, summarize reports)
- Instructions and tone of voice
- Real-time build in ChatGPT interface
- Troubleshooting, support, and enhancements provided by RizeNext team
Part 3: Group Wrap-Up & Showcase (15 minutes)
- Participants share their GPT builds
- Discussion on creative, surprising, and impactful use cases
- Confidence building and Q&A
