We are thrilled that our first bootcamp of 2023 will be taught by the Predictive Index master himself, Tony Wiseman, and the team from Wiseman Strategies.
If you are a leader of people in your company or a Human Resources professional, this session is for you! Do you experience communication barriers among employees that affect the workplace culture? Tony helps clients become more objective in their ability to hire, manage and retain the most valuable asset: their people. The vast majority of his 28-year career work is with financial institutions with extensive experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail and technology industries. He has facilitated hundreds of trainings with managers and executives helping them become better communicators, influencers, coaches and leaders. Tony married his high school sweetheart and has two adult children.
