Erin Mathie

Erin’s gift is the ability to create organizational systems and structure. She started her first business in 2008 and grew to employ 23 people. In that business, she was able to structure and automate so fully that she was only working 2 hours per week! She later sold that business and training time for new owners consisted of a meeting in her home office for 4 hours one Saturday afternoon and they have never contacted her since! Erin loves creating systems so much that she joined forces with Melissa Bamfo to create Business Made Simple where they build out internal systems for small to mid-sized businesses. Erin is also a seasoned trainer and has been a sought after presenter on KSL 5 and ABC 4. She is married to her amazing husband Chip and is the mother of 3 active boys.

Melissa Bamfo

Melissa’s background is in building out client sales processes and customer fulfillment systems for organizations like Excel Entertainment, Ogden City, and Weber State University. She has since graduated from a corporate setting and now spends her time working with businesses across the country.  Since forming Business Made Simple with Erin, they have consulted with over 100 small businesses from across the country to help them organize and systemize their day to day operations. They have worked with companies ranging from general contractors to caterers and marketing firms. Melissa is also a sought after speaker and trainer. She has trained for companies such as Melaleuca, Lifetime Products and MarketAmerica. Melissa is the mother of her beautiful daughter Lucy. She is a community advocate for the arts and enjoys kayaking.
