About Swim Labs:
SwimLabs Sandy is excited to announce its grand reopening under new ownership and leadership. With a renewed commitment to excellence, our mission remains to provide swimmers of all levels with cutting-edge technology, world-class instruction, and a passion for lifelong improvement.
The new ownership team brings unmatched expertise and dedication to the sport:
Mike Mann, SwimLabs founder and decorated Masters swimmer, pioneered the use of video analysis and current-driven pools to revolutionize swim training.
Rowdy Gaines, Olympic gold medalist and Hall of Fame swimmer, is a nationally recognized voice for swimming and a leading advocate for learn-to-swim programs.
Tim Hinchey, former CEO of USA Swimming and a seasoned sports executive, has elevated organizations across the NHL, MLS, NBA, and Olympic sports.
Leading day-to-day operations is General Manager Bernardine “Bernie” Dickman, a respected coach with nearly 40 years of experience. A former collegiate swimmer and team captain at Xavier University, Bernie is known for her athlete-centered approach, technical expertise, and commitment to building strong swim communities.
We look forward to welcoming swimmers and families back to SwimLabs Sandy!
