Light Up the Cairns & Holiday Shop & Stroll

Kick off the holiday season with Sandy City by celebrating the switching on of the holiday lights at City Hall! Arrive early to join Santa and Mayor Zoltanski as they turn on the lights to welcome the upcoming holiday season with Sandy City.

Dress warmly, stroll among the holiday vendors with family and friends, and enjoy live music entertainment including Hale Centre's choir, "The Broadway Stars" and Canyon School District choirs. New this year, they will have local artisans, craftsmen, and businesses selling holiday items. And will also have free hot chocolate, free photos with Santa, activities, food trucks, and more! 

Events Schedule:
5:00 p.m. – Holiday lights switch on & Santa's arrival.
5:10 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. – Choirs, Holiday  Sandy Shop & Stroll, Food Trucks, Holiday activities
Please use public parking in the vicinity of Sandy City Hall.

Shop & Stroll - Vendors Wanted:
Ready to share your holiday spirit with the community? Join us for the Business Connect Holiday Shop & Stroll at the Light Up The Cairns event hosted at Sandy City Hall! Only thirty booth spots are available, and we will be prioritizing applications from local artisans, crafters, and small businesses.

Share the Warmth Coat & Glove Drive
Donations to benefit those experiencing homelessness, including those at the MVP facility in Sandy. New or gently used coats and gloves needed – all men, women & children’s sizes, especially plus sizes.

Donation Deadline: Friday, December 6th
