What is The Pack ‘N Snack Backpack?
On Friday afternoons, a backpack is provided to an at-risk child before they leave school. The Pack ‘N Snack Backpack ensures that these children will have access to food over a weekend or school vacation.
 
Who will benefit from The Pack ‘N Snack Backpack?
At-risk children under the age of 18 who are attending school or after school programs.
 
Why should I get involved?
The Pack ‘N Snack Backpack is the only program that provides weekend food to at-risk children in Utah. Without this program, these children might not have access to enough food to sustain them until they return to school and receive breakfast the following weekday. Providing a child with food throughout the weekend ensures they will be attentive and ready to learn when the new school week begins.
