About Our Mayoral Panelists:

Moderator: Jen Robison, Manager, Government Relations, Enbridge Gas
Jen Robison is the Government Relations Manager for Enbridge Gas, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho. Before stepping into the private sector, she served as Lt. Governor Henderson’s Chief of Staff.
She has engaged in extensive board, leadership, and civic service. She is also proud to have been part of the committee that placed the statue of Dr. Martha Hughes Cannon in National Statuary Hall.
Jen loves the outdoors, exploring Utah and the West with her husband, Rob, and their two dogs.

Mayor Natalie Hall, Bluffdale City

Mayor Natalie Hall is a lifelong Utahn, having lived in nine communities across the state.
A graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Marketing, she served as Bluffdale’s Emergency Manager and Communications Director before running for Mayor. She is serving her second term as mayor for the city of Bluffdale. She served five years on her local charter school board and has been a flute instructor for 30 years.
She and her husband of 30 years have five children, including two sons that have served in the military. She enjoys lake surfing, skiing, backpacking, hiking, and traveling and reading.
Mayor Gay Lynn Bennion, Cottonwood Heights City

Gay Lynn Bennion graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in English. Her husband, Jim, served 26 years active-duty in the Air Force, and their four children were born in four different states. She taught English as a volunteer through English Skills Learning Center and served in Women’s State Legislative Council of Utah leadership for seven years.
She was elected to represent House District 46 in 2020 and served on  Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environmental Quality, Political Subdivisions Committees and Veterans and Military Affairs Commission until her resignation from the legislature in December, 2025.
She is honored to serve as mayor of Cottonwood Heights, is amazed by the wonderful people in our city, and enjoys meeting with them.
She enjoys reading and being in nature with friends and family hiking, biking, and skiing.
Mayor Tish Buroker, Riverton City

Tish Buroker was elected mayor of Riverton in November 2025 and sworn into office on January 6, 2026. She previously served on the Riverton City Council beginning in 2017. 
Before entering public office, Mayor Buroker built a 38-year career across diverse healthcare environments, including long-term care, the American Red Cross, and as a nurse manager in a psychiatric hospital. She transitioned into the clinical laboratory field in 1994 as a manager, was promoted to general manager in 1998, and retired in 2014 as Vice President of Operations for LabCorp. 
In that executive role, she directed day-to-day operations for four regional laboratories located in Salt Lake City, Kansas, Denver, and Phoenix, as well as six satellite laboratories spanning Idaho, Nevada, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. 
Following her retirement, Mayor Buroker continued her service through several boards and community roles, including Community Development and Block Grants representing Riverton, the Riverton Historical Commission, and the Jordan River Commission. She also volunteered as a hospice volunteer and as a court advocate for the State of Utah.

Mayor Monica M. Zoltanski, Sandy City

Monica M. Zoltanski is the 27th Mayor of Sandy City now serving her second term. She is leading through a transformative era she calls Sandy Rising—a vision focused on protecting what residents value most while creating new opportunities through public safety, economic development, community connection, and thoughtful investment in Sandy's future.
A former Sandy City prosecutor, Mayor Zoltanski has made public safety the cornerstone of her administration, strengthening police and fire staffing while investing in modern facilities and infrastructure. She also helped position Sandy as Utah's premier destination for sports and entertainment, securing the headquarters and practice facilities for Utah's NHL franchise, welcoming the Utah Jazz practice facility, and building on the city's role as home to Real Salt Lake, the Utah Royals, America First Field, and the Mountain America Exposition Center.
Her administration emphasizes responsible growth, preserving open space, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating vibrant gathering places that enhance quality of life. She believes successful cities are built through collaboration, transparency, and meaningful engagement with residents. Whether meeting with neighborhood groups, speaking in local classrooms about citizenship and leadership, or working alongside community organizations, Mayor Zoltanski is committed to accessible, hands-on leadership.
Mayor Zoltanski serves on several regional and statewide boards and committees and previously served on the Sandy City Council before being elected mayor in 2021.
Known throughout the community for her trademark red cowboy hat, she remains closely connected to Sandy's western heritage and rural roots through her lifelong love of horses. Raised in northwest Ohio as one of ten children, she worked her way through college before earning her law degree and moving to Utah. Her grassroots leadership began with the successful "Keep Dimple Dell Wild" campaign, and she continues to champion the values of service, stewardship, and community that define Sandy Rising.
Mayor Dawn Ramsey, South Jordan City
Dawn R. Ramsey serves as Mayor of the City of South Jordan. Since being elected in 2017 she has maintained a determined focus on public safety, economic development, housing affordability, transportation infrastructure, education, water conservation, preservation of open space, overall management of rapid growth, placemaking, collaboration, and representation for her city at every level. She has worked to guarantee that South Jordan has a seat at the table and will maintain its high quality of life far into the future. Under her leadership, South Jordan continues to achieve extraordinary success.
In addition to several other boards and commissions, Mayor Ramsey has served or is currently serving as President of the Utah League of Cities and Towns, President of the Jordan Education Foundation, Public Sector Vice-Chair of EDCUtah, Executive Committee Member of Envision Utah, member of the State Drinking Water Board, Trustee of Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, member of Utah’s Unified Economic Opportunity Commission, member of the Olene Walker Affordable Housing Loan Fund Board, Trustee of the Point of the Mountain State Land Authority, and Chair of the Wasatch Front Regional Council. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University, a mother of 6, a grandmother of (almost) 5, and has been married to her best friend for more than 30 years.
