Executive Coordinatoe

I’m looking to bring on a part-time Executive Coordinator, someone who will work closely with me as a true right hand in the business.

This is not a traditional assistant role.
I’m looking for someone who is naturally organized, steady, and follows through someone who takes pride in doing things well and keeps things moving without needing much instruction.

Details:
• 10–20 hours/week to start
• $18–$20/hour
• Based in person (Sandy, UT)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time with increased responsibility and pay

This role will support:
• Calendar and task organization
• Keeping priorities clear and on track
• Light content capture (photos/videos)
• Coordinating simple webinars or small events
• General organization and communication

You are a great fit if you are:
• Highly dependable and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and good with moving pieces
• Comfortable with basic tech (email, calendar, etc.)
• Early to mid-career—or returning to the workforce with strong life and organizational skills

Backgrounds that tend to do well here: office managers, real estate assistants, marketing coordinators, or someone re-entering the workforce ready to step back into a professional rhythm.
