Description
Pleased but not Satisfied - My remarkable journey with paralysis
Come enjoy a great breakfast and hear Dr. Dale Hull speak from the Sandy Chamber Board of Directors and his own company, Neuroworx.
Dr. Dale Hull is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1985. This was followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah Medical Center. He was in private practice from 1989 to 1999 in the south portion of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.
In 1999 he experienced a spinal cord injury resulting in paralysis from the neck down. This life-altering event prevented him from returning to active practice and he became the patient in a world where he had been the practitioner.
He is currently the Executive Director of Neuroworx, a not-for-profit, innovative, community-based, outpatient physical therapy facility he co-founded with his physical therapist in 2004.
Dr. Hull completed a Master of Public Administration degree in 2012 through Brigham Young University. He is married and has four sons. He lives in South Jordan, Utah.
