Description
Conflict doesn’t have to be a setback; it can be a turning point.
Join us for an interactive Business Boot Camp designed to help small business owners turn everyday challenges into opportunities for stronger teams and better customer relationships. We’ll tackle conflict from both sides of your business: the people you work with and the customers you serve.
- You’ll learn how to better understand your own approach to conflict, influence team dynamics without forcing change, and use a simple, effective framework to handle tough conversations.
- On the customer side, we’ll show you how to prevent misunderstandings before they happen by improving communication and helping your clients become more informed and confident.
