Description
This month we will be taking a deep dive on Customer Experience and why it matters. We have a great panel lined up for this workshop! They will be giving us insight to their best practices but also put our problem-solving skills to the test with real life customer experiences they have encountered. We are confident that there will be plenty of take aways for all of us. After all, without customers where would we be, right?
Customer Experience Panel
Jason Rogers – Mountain America Credit Union, Chief Member Service Officer
Holly Curby – Chick-fil-A, Director of Community & Culture
Darci Olsen – Glenmoor Golf Club, Head PGA Golf Professional

Jason Rogers has served as Mountain America Credit Union’s Chief Member Service Officer since 2010. In this role, he is responsible for the organization’s overall member experience strategy. His focus areas include identifying ways to provide exceptional member service experiences through the branch and contact center delivery channels and providing development and leadership opportunities for the credit union's team members.
Since joining the Mountain America family in 2004, Rogers has worked in several roles including Vice President of Finance, Chief Operating Officer of Mountain America Financial Services and Senior Vice President of Branch Administration.
In 2014 he was recognized as one of Utah Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 for his innovative leadership.
Rogers is passionate about credit union awareness and financial well-being for all, which is why he is actively involved with the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). Rogers is chair of CUNA’s Operations & Member Experience Council Executive Committee where he contributes to membership, conference, forum and sponsorship initiatives.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in running and cycling events, and volunteering to help the elderly at an Assisted Living Center.
