The Mastering Leadership Certificate Program offers real-world experiences in leadership and mentoring to attain leadership skills. During this two-day session, Lead Teams and Projects, you not only learn the tools to lead teams and projects that deliver results on-spec, on-time and on-budget, but you learn how to lead, coach and inspire your team and project leaders to create high-performing teams.
