Each year, the South Valley Chamber Women in Business Program accepts young women into the chamber's Jr Women in Business Program. These young women spend the year attending WIB events, learning leadership, business, customer service, community-mindedness, and much more. These young women also receive one-on-one mentoring with prominent business and civic leaders in the South Valley.
