Marci is known for her powerful storytelling, including the restoration of her 1937 Chevy Business Coupe, Mabel, which she uses as a vivid metaphor for organizational transformation. Just as upgrading Mabel required lifting the hood and redesigning her systems, Marci helps leaders reimagine the “engines” of their organizations to improve performance, innovation, and resilience.
Her work has influenced nonprofit boards, government teams, and business leaders across industries. She also serves her community as an elected member of the Sandy City Council.
