About Us

The Fullmer Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in Utah history and dedicated to building champions in and out of the ring. Founded to carry forward the legacy of legendary boxing brothers Gene, Jay, and Don Fullmer, the Foundation uses boxing as a tool for discipline, confidence, wellness, and community connection.
Our work is anchored at the Fullmer Legacy Center in South Jordan, a shared community space that hosts youth programs, amateur boxing events, wellness initiatives, and community gatherings throughout the year.

At the heart of our mission is youth development. We provide free programs that combine non-contact fitness training, academic tutoring, and mentoring for youth who need structure, encouragement, and a safe place to belong. Participants are supported not only in physical fitness, but in character development, goal-setting, and service to others.

In addition, the Fullmer Legacy Center offers senior fitness programs, non-contact boxing for individuals living with Parkinson’s, and inclusive wellness opportunities for adults of all ages. The Center also serves as a hub for community events that bring families, businesses, and neighbors together.

All programs are grounded in the Fullmer values: discipline, nutrition, fitness, integrity, and service.
